Here's another trick I used to save a few bucks on taxes: Go ahead and update your profile to a state that doesn't collect taxes (like Delaware or Oregon). Then, update your preferred theater to that city. When you renew or upgrade your membership, you won't see any tax. You can pay with your regular credit card, and you won't have to worry about the tax being added to your subscription! I hope this helps someone out there!

Seems to be the case with me as well. After checkout it said 2026. But on my amc profile, says 2027

Seen things like this go both ways. I've never known a business too shy to cancel online orders with pricing errors and provide a refund.

It really comes down to whether it makes their radar and if they care enough to do something about it. For members that were already paying full price each year up to now, that's revenue lost. Not sure how much revenue that might've been, and whether the flux of members renewing now to take advantage of this offsets that loss. Who knows.

Hopefully they honor the deal, I'm in for a decade. I do notice that when you cancel, the next renewal drops down by a year.

It just drops by a day as it expires on Dec 31st instead of auto renewing on Jan 1st of that next year. I just did the same.

You should know that Premiere will increase to $17.99+tax starting January 1, 2025.

So, jump on this deal now if you have AMC's near you.
