It really does taste like putting kimchi in your noodles. Not as strong as real kimchi ofc.

Nongshim is my favorite brand for instant ramen. Their "red" is by far my favorite, but their udon spicy seafood is good too. They are expensive compared to Maruchan or Top-ramen, but well worth it.
