I used 60hz and that's my work laptop and not for gaming. I followed the reddit screen shot and setup.

Using USBC to display on personal which has no issue at all
Thanks. I was able to get it to 60hz as well by plugging directly to the HDMI port of my work laptop. However, it didn't cooperate with my Targus 4K docking station. Was wondering if you had any suggestions there.

Docking station likely not going to output 5120x1440 and that's the limitation from docking station. Check with Targus but I don't think they have a solution.

I tried downloading CRU on to my work laptop but something blocked it. Got to chat with IT tomorrow to see if they'll help somehow.

Edit: So my work-provided Dell dock (wd22tb4) will output 5120x1440, but only through DP which absolutely sucks because I am using DP for the connection to my personal rig.

Gonna try an active DP-to HDMI cable to see if I can get 5120x1440 @144Hz. Otherwise, Im not sure what to do. Maybe a DP switch (if such a thing exists) might work?

Been using it for 4 days now. Wow, what a monitor. Granted, I have only mostly used it for work so far - but I am very happy with it. It is replacing 2 X 27 inch screens - so it is perfect. Would've liked a more aggressive curve though for work. I am connecting it to my laptop and PC - laptop using HDMI and micro-HDMI. PC using DP. Love the PBP option - easily let me split my screen into 2 and am able to screenshare too without any issues for the viewer at the other end.

But where this shines is gaming. Turned off the room lights, booted up into RDR 2 and man, it is just spectacular. Such deep blacks and the game looks great!

To save the screen when I am working, I turn it off whenever possible.

Yeah I got used to them now but they are a little thick - like on my 34" widescreen Samsung VA.

They are definitely noticeable. They are, though, only slight thicker than the bezels on my 34" Dell displays. Its only a little disappointing now that Im paying attention to them and considering the full cost of these displays and the overall thinness of the unit itself. Ive got two stacked together with theoutside edges barely touching and, despite the thick bezels, Im happy with them.

I use this as extend monitor of my laptop. After reopen my laptop, all windows go back to laptop monitor from this one, they stayed on my Dell 32 inch monitor that I previously used. It's like the video cable was disconnected. Any idea?

Got mine today and it's ginormous. One thing that is really annoying me though is the border. Is this supposed to be normal to have a black spaced border between the frame and the edge of what is displayed?

My prior monitor went edge to edge of the bezel/frame, but I haven't been able to find any setting(s) to get this monitor to go edge to edge. I've tried different display ports on my GPU (AMD 6700xt), using HDMI, and looking through the software settings (AMD Adrenaline) but haven't found anything.
Your OCD is strong dude. I didn't even notice that but this seem to be the case, I'm not sure though why it bothers you.
