Totally non-related, but do you know how I can remove the shower arm that's on my wall? It's something like https://www.lowes.com/pd/ProjectSource-0-5-in-Brushed-Nickel-Shower-Arm-and-Flange/4764492?store=734... [lowes.com] sticking out of the wall. I don't see any screws. Can I just prop it off?
The issue I'm having is my shower is tiny, and the shower arm forces an angle where the lowest the water trajectory goes on my body is my mid back, and ideally, I'd be able to have an angle that can point down towards my feet.

Installed mine today. The flow restrictors were easy to pull out without any damage. Used a paperclip for the first two, but had to dig out the Harbor Freight pick and hook set for the last one. I also bought a flow control ball valve, but I don't think I needed it, since it has a good amount of flow on the wide spray pattern. It might be needed if you use the smaller sprays. But perhaps some people have higher pressure water supplies.
