The Intel one is a Meteo lake, good graphics and good power efficiency. Unless you need to do CPU intensive work, either is fine.
Step out of your bubble for once and fathom a world that different people have different needs.
This has to be the dumbest conversation to have. Are you going to go on every laptop thread that has a processor no better than this and cr@p on it? That's like 80% of the threads on SD.
And I will take that bet 100%. 3 tab browsing, outlook and spotify. A layman using that will not notice the difference. I am not talking about you geeks with the stopwatch and benchmark running 24/7 in the background. If a laptop cannot handle that workload with an MSRP of over $500, 95% of them would be returned. I have celeron powered laptops that can handle that (probably the more important thing is at least 16gb ram).
Again, we are talking about the target audience of this laptop. High school students, non-engineering non-computer science college students, moms and dads, business travelers that needs to answer emails and occasionally look at a spreadsheet or word document.
You better hope nothing happens to your right nut.

Personally, from a consumer standpoint, this isn't a bad deal at all for a touchscreen laptop. Is it the best specs? Not at all. Will you feel a difference? No, because if you're looking at getting this laptop, you're not going to buy two laptops just to see if you can "feel a difference". This model is what, 2 years old? It'll be more than fine for most use cases. To think that any computer released in the last 2-5 years is crap is ridiculous.

I run Civ 6 and other lower resource games.
Use it for Canva, Adobe suite, tons of browsing and more. Have loaded chrome to the t*ts with extensions and it runs fine.
Kinda crazy I'm so happy with this.
Cannot upgrade ram sadly. It's soldered

I just verified that this work with a stylus from another lenovo computer I had. Is it the best or fastest laptop out there, of course not, but for the cost of an ipad, your getting alot of bang for your buck.
If all the people complaining on here can find me a better AMD one like this thats 2-in-1 and has all the features for $500, I'll exchange it as I still have 14 days left to return it.
Hope this helps someone in the boat of considering this $500 range laptop and is worried about the CPU performance; Agreed with the above conversation, in real world normal use case, there's no need to nit pick on CPU differences especially when value/cost is the highest priority
