A Visible # works fine for porting in. $5 for that after using a referral code found easily on Reddit. Google Reddit Visible referral.

I hope this is helpful for others to be well informed.

After activated, the 60-day unlock countdown begins and it should unlock automatically after 60 days pass. After the first month you do not have to pay for 2nd month if you do not want to keep their service. It will still unlock after 60 days.

I have a question about porting a Google Voice number after receiving the new phone. The Total webpage asks for the current provider. Google Voice is not listed there. If I select "Other", it will ask me for the account number and transfer pin. How can I get them? Anyone could help? Thanks a lot!

I also port in with Google Voice number, when you select other, just put 0000 as account number , make sure the PIN number is matching the one you have on GV. the rest just fill it. it should activate without problem.

I got the same message before. You have to wait until the port in process fully completed. In my case(Visible), it took about 2 hours. For GV number, it can take a few days, even though the customer representative told me it should take less than 4 hours. You will receive an email and text message once the port in process fully completed.

Done the 13 deal, zip 77083, ordered Jan19, came in Jan24. Somehow my order did not attach with my same email account, showed neither order information nor transactions when I logged in, maybe that caused the failure when tried to activate it ("The provided information cannot be found in the system..." after putting in imei). Spend 2 hours on the live chat, found out they did not have any record of my order on their system too, the guy helped me attach my order to a new-created account with another email, ticketed/reinstalled my plan, and finally got my phone activated with new number, appreciated that.

Weird. My Moto Edge 2024 shipped the next day after I ordered.

Don't know if it will do any good contacting support. I'm sure they will just say wait.

Wouldn't be so bad if they charged the credit card AFTER item ships.
