The Ride 17 was my sole running shoe for a few months, and it's definitely an all-arounder suited to that purpose. And now, even after I've bought the Superblast 2 and Mach 6, I still like wear my Ride 17s for many easier/longer days.
But as always no WIDE! So hard to find size 13 wide shoes on sale.

Have older pair of Peregrine 12 in 12W and they are tight as hell. If I wear paper thin socks I can get away with them but any normal running socks they are very tight. I have kept them because they are great shoes, so I make them work. Took them on a 7 mile moderate hike and they did great, no signs of excessive wear either.

Feet First Sports in Columbia, MD. Brand new ones were $95, I think. Not sure if you can buy them for that price online, but you could probably try calling the store, assuming you're not local.
Edit: they have a bunch of shoes on clearance, all $55 to $95, including the Endorphin Pro 4.
