Yes. Since it's Android. What you do is create a minor (<13 yrs old) Google account. Then add that account to your Google Family. Then login to that account when setting up this phone. From there you can manage screentime length and schedules, plus block or allow different apps. As long as you stick with Google Chrome as the only browser on the phone you can set what websites are allowed and the maturity level of search results. Some other Google apps also allow you to set maturity level allowed.

It takes some configuring, but I've had good experiences with using Google Family to manage my kids devices.

I've done the following several times without issue. Usually the chat portion is completed within 30 minutes. You won't have to do much more than provide validation that you're in possession of both phones (they'll send a text to each phone at points during the chat) and keep the conversation open (basically respond after each time they chat to you even if it's just "ok" to their "please continue to hold").

1. Go to the web to find the current minutes, messages, data, and days remaining on your permanent phone.
2. Activate your "donor" phone on the same account.
3. Go to the web to find the current minutes, messages, data, and days remaining on your new, donor phone.
4. Go to support.tracfone.com and scroll down to and click "Chat with Support".
5. Populate the message template below with details of your donor phone and permanent phone and share with the CSR.

Hello, I'd like to move the data, minutes, text, and remaining days FROM my line TO my line .

The 2025 release so far is only for the Moto G and Moto G Power. Also, it's just the general release, no Tracfone version yet. It's possible Moto might shrink their lineup and get rid of the G Play to replace it with the regular G.

They often don't show the year but this time, they did differentiate between the 23 and the 24 models of the Moto G Play.

For service transfer, the unlock status/date is for the previous phone. Your new phone should be unlocked 60 days after activation.

Very likely. You can still text UNLOCK to 611611 and it should report an unlock date (day 61). The reason to recommend 1-2 days wait before transferring to the 2nd phone is so that TF would register the phone's activation status, and if anything went wrong, it's easier to tell the chat/call agent the phone you had issue with (by activation date).

Yes, this is what happened to me, you do not need service left, only necessary thing to activate the phone, once it reach 60 days after that, it is automatically unlocked.
