I submitted my order for upgrading from s25 to s25+ but didn't receive any email yet, credit card was not charged .. I guess this will be cancelled...

If I purchase a new phone (locked to Straightalk) from Walmart but not signing up to any plan, can I just leave the Sim there and send it to Assurant? I will certainly make a factory reset first before sending it out.

I did the same last night too S25 to S25+. I did receive order placed email right away. No further updates yet.

I ported out a line after a week of opening a new line for the S25, the spectrum line no longer works but I still see that number on billing/services on spectrum. How long does it take to disappear?

Has anyone tried trading in, online, today? I have tried S25, S25+, and Moto G Play 2023 for trade in, and all say not eligible for trade in. This is while not logged in.

If I log in, it also asks for the social security check, now.

Why do factory reset? Just set it up skipping everything that identifies you, remove sim card, turn it off and send it.
