Nope, I just tested out the trade and calculated it. You should make about $95 profit if you pay in full payment of the phone S25+ because $1088 (S25 trade-in) - $1000 (S25+) = $88 * 0.0825 (tax) = $95.26. I believe the store rep setup 36 months installment on your new device S25+, that was why you paid $4 tax on the trade-in. Log into your account and see the bill order statement again. Call the billing department to resolve the issue. You should get a credit of $95 to your account.

Not blocked. 5 in store, one online. And even though they dropped the trade in value, the iPhone 13 (which is 75 bucks at metro right now) went to S25 for 19 bucks out the door in Socal.

It depends on your billing cycle. The credit will appear when the system starts the estimation of your next bill. You can also call Spectrum for the credit as the rep may be also to see the credit before appearing online.

Was so apologetic and told me to come back in a week and she would fix it the same as customer service does over the phone. She told me she could cancel and redo it on the spot but I'd have to pay the $50 restocking fee and she didn't want me to pay it. I opened a $20 line so she would get credit and when this is settled, will open another one just for her to get more credit. Can use the numbers to port out somewhere else to get cheap phones for trade in next year and hope the same rep is still working there Smilie
