Excellent tv. I'm thrilled with mine.

The worst part for me was getting the damn thing out of the box... I was so worried I'd break something.

What I did was remove the styrofoam from the top, then open the box from the bottom and carefully lift it off the tv.

Then I lifted the tv by the bottom styrofoam and set it up on my bed so that i could carefully cut/break away enough styrofoam to be able to actually find a place to grip the tv by the bottom. (i did this by myself)

Excellent tv. I'm thrilled with mine.

The worst part for me was getting the damn thing out of the box... I was so worried I'd break something.

What I did was remove the styrofoam from the top, then open the box from the bottom and carefully lift it off the tv.

Then I lifted the tv by the bottom styrofoam and set it up on my bed so that i could carefully cut/break away enough styrofoam to be able to actually find a place to grip the tv by the bottom. (i did this by myself)

IMO this is perfect for a game room/office and huge upgrade from a LED 60hz tv to this for ps5 and 4k movies. Wont find a cheaper OLED.

Hah, should have seen me taking the 77 inch out of the box.
Decent deal for new. Open box was $463 all time low last week.

i assume you also didnt check the settings. Best Buy routinely puts the more expensive TVs into "Store Display" mode which massively pumps up the brightness and leave the the cheaper TVs in a normal mode. Sounds like you fell for this trick.

If the price difference is minimal go for the C series, but otherwise, nope. B series is a great TV. Heck, the A series is also fantastic in real world use.

Tried to get the "open box" last week and it was complete fail when I found the unit had thousands of hours of use. Tried to get Greentoe to take a $100 off their 48C4 price, but no luck. This price in my opinion is great. I will be heading to the local Best Buy later today. Limited Time sale. The best buy website says the deal is good for the next 13 hours and counting down.
