I think they have different sets of promotions (coupons/sales/savings) from manufacturers that overlap, so you'll commonly see more than one coupon for the same product. In my experience, the most common products for these tend to be paper products like TP, PT, napkins, tissues, etc, diapers, vitamins, and occasionally food.
