Clearly this is a bot answer. Castlevania is about a protagonist team that battles dracula... with magic... nothing to do with Christianity, similarly to your comments.

Yeah. it is fantastic. Great animation, great characters, great voice acting. Very true to the games and very well written. The same cannot be said for the followup, Castlevania Nocturne, but this was aces for its entire run.

Great price. I paid around $15 for each for the first two seasons. Anti-Christian? That's the key ingredient to a great anime.

Great shows. Gets kinda weird at times but as a kid that played the games when they came out, I loved the show. Also enjoyed Nocturne. Different vibe and that's okay.

Great series, really enjoyed it. The story splits into multiple arcs and coverged toward the end, that kept it interesting imo. I wasn't familiar with games before this series, but now I'm interested to check them out.

S1 and s2 tell the story of castlevania 3. They are the peak of the show.

S3 and s4 and nocturne are all melodramatic trash with almost no action

The first season was great, then sadly, each successive season got worse and worse. Animation is first rate, (english) voice acting is solid, but like so many other shows, it just feels like they didn't really have a plan beyond the first season and were making it up as they went.
