If you're using this for anything that you don't want to end up broken on the floor, I would screw it down.
I bought similar slide outs in the past. Look at how the shelf you mount it to is connected to the cabinet. My shelves rested on small pegs on each corner of the shelf. If pulled all the way out, the entire shelf with slider attached, tipped off the rear pegs and would have toppled to the ground if I didn't catch it. The solution is to drive two screws into the cabinet just above the rear part of the shelf to hold it in place to prevent tipping off the pegs. Hope this helps.
I did some research before buying these... This is a great price for a set of two. For the supposed quality, you will not get a better deal. Oh, and always screw these down with all 4 screws. The adhesive will not do a great job overall.

So the small is 9.5"w x 10"L and the large is 13"w x 20.5"L.

From what I can tell the large is for lower cabinets and the small for the upper.

Max weight supported is 10 and 33 pounds respectively.

hit or miss depending on the brand and whether they wanted to spring for the fancy adhesive. use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm it up before removing makes it mucn easier either way

Anybody familiar with this brand and can speak to actually using it for pots/pans in lower cabinets? Wondering if it will really support the weight and how much. I probably wouldn't even try cast iron, but would want to include a couple of nested sets of pots and frying pans at least...maybe cookie sheets/muffin tins. What's shown is a good start but maybe not if you're like me and have a big variety of cookware/bakeware.

We've always rented and had these stuck down in a cabinet just using the adhesive. It's super strong! Used a razor blade to carefully cut them loose when we moved. They work great, too, very smooth.

We used our for just pots and pans and the shelf was very durable. We also just used the adhesive and it was super strong, never an issue.
