People have been using $5 Visible lines ($25 - $20 referral code for first month).
EDIT: I guess Metro doesn't have much of a time limit between when letting your account expire and placing new orders because I just placed an order for this ip13 and it's only been about 3-4 months since I let my previous metro plan expire. Also, I placed the order just minutes after creating a visible account and porting that new visible number over to metro.

FYI, their customer service is weird. there are 5-10 different numbers you can possibly call. And each rep will answer something different to the same question, even within the same dept/phone number. Take pretty much everything they say with a grain of salt - they all say different things and they can't all be right.
That said, good luck....
Thanks. I thought the tablet would activate automatically when I put in the SIM card and set the tablet up. I'll double check tomorrow.
I'll call tomorrow. Hopefully that fixes the issue.
Asking for help and tips, please!
Ordered one for my daughter, but we are on T-Mobile. Which version of RSIM do I need to order to be able to use the phone on T-Mobile instead of Metro? If anyone knows, please suggest a link to a seller of those RSIM's. I used eSIM from Visible. Should I leave eSIM and put RSIM in physical slot with T-Mobile SIM card to make it work?

but the continue screen is greyed out.. grr
Doing it through my android phone and chromebrowser. i dislike their jankywebsite.
You could have gotten yourself a refurbished S21 for $99 recently. Get on swappa and get yourself a cheap unlocked decent phone that has a slot and eSIM for little money, makes things easier. Visible will ship you a sim for free, it just takes a few days. Ask your friend or neighbor, many people have an old phone in a drawer.
hopefully the accent wont' be too bad as in the past..
