Unfortunately t mobile charges $30 extra on phones (apple sells ip16 for 800 and t mobile for 830.
T mobile also asked for $35 connection charge.
This extra $65 surcharge makes it less appealing ☹️

Was prepared to make a 45-minute trip to the nearest Costco that has a T-Mo kiosk in order to be able to take the phones with me. Now I'm seeing that they don't stock phones, so I'm glad I didn't make that trip.

The $500 trade in credit is split into one time to the value of iPhone trade in value and remaining value is monthly promo trade in credit
Did you get text confirmation and what trade in value it shows? On phone, i confirmed its $500 trade in value..
But the text says $200 for iphone 13 pro.
