Fantastic game, well worth $15. The platforming is great and most of the puzzles are fun. It's a pretty nice Metroidvania for a great price.

Looks like it's well reviewed (88 Metacritic Score). Also looks like the Complete Edition is $24.99 on the eShop until the end of the month.
Is it worth the additional $10 over the physical edition then?

Annoyingly, the PS5 version does not include the PS4. However, the PS4 version includes the PS5 for free. Therefore, I'm waiting for a deal on the PS4 version.

The Xbox One/Series X one for $15 could work for me if the Series X has the same graphics quality and performance as the PS5. Unfortunately the packaging doesn't tell you if it's simply the Xbox One code and textures upscaled to run on a Series X or actually code optimized for Series X with Series X textures. It always requires extra research because companies choose to provide Too Little Info.
Honestly, any version of the game is great. It even performs very well on switch (with fewer graphics detail, of course)

I must be the only one here that hated this game Lol. Got bored after half an hour and traded it back in to Gamestop. Just couldn't deal with the lack of a progressive save feature and having to constantly backtrack and redo sections over and over again.

That's exactly the type of game this is.

Out of curiosity, have you played any other Metroidvanias? That's pretty common for the model. Losing interest essentially immediately is surprising.
That said, I think it's done best when they find ways to let you revisit sections in new ways so it doesn't feel like you're grinding a section just for some minor secret you couldn't reach on your first visit.
I haven't played this one yet, but the reviews I've seen so far all seem to feel the PoP style and the time-bending mechanics play really well in a M'dvania. But if you just don't like this type of game, that won't be enough to bring you around.

I'm playing it on the Switch right now and have no performance issues. Great handheld game.
i heard this was originally developed for switch in mind, but then decided to port it to the big boys. And it's 60 FPS.

Can't pass up $15 for what will be a cult classic down the road.

Not in my opinion. I bought the physical edition during the last sale and bought the DLC from the eShop on sale for $3.49 (regularly $5). The rest of the complete edition items didn't interest me and were mostly just outfits.

So I'd say save money and get physical, then if you enjoy it the DLC is also worth it.

As another commenter said, DLC is $5 max, less on sale. So unless you care about costumes in a single player game, I'd much prefer having a physical copy and just get the DLC later if you think it is worth a few bucks.
