The c4 is easily available for like $300 more and is a much better/newer tv.
I have a c1 myself and have been waiting for a c4 deal or a repeat of that g4 deal (which will never happen, but one can dream. Dammit the timing was so bad on that deal!! I said to myself I didn't need it because I actually really like my c1… coulda woulda shoulda)
If this drops to like 750-800 then it's maybe worth looking at. At 1k… eh. Not so much.

Agree that the price needs to come down. I wonder how long it will sit in a warehouse rack. They have a 65b2 for the same price. It says only 3 remain. This listing is not showing a quantity so I'm guessing it is more than 3. They will soon be three generations old.

Thumbs up to you for the link. And yet these look pretty similar. Not sure most folks want to pay 30% more for a bit more brightness and color on top of an already amazing TV. From your link…"No major differences between these TVs for mixed usage. See full list of tests below."
I have both, i dont notice much of a difference unless youre watching HDR content constantly
That being said, i would not pay $1000 for this right now....my price point would probably be $700 to take a three year old TV
