I took advantage of this deal last time. After activating the phone, I transferred the eSIM to my iPhone 15. Now, 60 days later, Visible is refusing to unlock the phone, claiming that the service must stay active on the iPhone 13 for the full 60 days before unlocking. Really disappointed.

If my wife and I are currently on Total Wireless 2-line for $60, can we both port over to Visible with comparable plan and get 2 iPhone 13?

I've been dealing with the exact same no-sense. They refuse to unlock my phone because it was not active on the account for 60 days even though their unlock policy does not such a mandate. Tell them you will report them to FCC and BBB. And ask them to have a manager/supervisor to call you back. If nothing works, filing a dispute to credit card may help

I did the exact same things as you did. Even I had a text message received from Visible on the phone as well call logs etc. The only difference though, I had a physical sim card in my iPhone 13 at the activation and after the activation I converted it to esim and moved the service on my other phone. I'm not sure but activating with a physical sim card might cause all this turmoil.

This is a pretty solid deal. I've been with Visible for about 6 years now and it's been great. I just recently upgraded to Visible+ last month with one of their promos and the difference in priority data vs deprioritized is very noticeable. You're getting discounted Visible+ and a free iPhone 13 so I don't see any problems here!

From my purchase of this deal back in December 2024, the phone unlocked automatically on the morning of day 61. I didn't remove the SIM card to avoid any issues. Some say it's ok, some say it won't unlock. I didn't wanna take that chance.

You got your phone unlock yet? I file a FCC complaint and they unlock my phone immediately. Haha.

I mean I have metro but I worry about the signal sometimes and I got android s24 ultra which is kinda unorganized.

But I wonder if visible is really worth it, Is the signal better? I don't use much data.
