Had the OG elite from last gen and it worked great for 5 plus years after the LB/RB gave up. Heard about the drift issue in the new gen, hopefully it has been improved as it has been a couple of years since this was launched. Got the red color, to match with my 7900 XTX since switching from team green to team red.

Bumper failures and stick drifts are too common here. You're better off getting another controller.

Why are these such trash at this price? Had several of these and all had problems after less than a year

The one I got last year was a disappointment. Maybe the extra features make sense for some people, but for me the vanilla experience of this controller is no better, maybe even worse than the normal controller.

The ergonomics on these are excellent. The bumpers fail over time but I use the back paddles for the bumper buttons and stick clicks which are a lifesaver. It's pretty great for gameplay but the durability is terrible.

These are fine for use on an actual Xbox, if you want to use the bottom ports. Otherwise, it's still locked at 125hz polling rate.
For this money, there are much better options. Especially, if you're playing on a PC.
