Not a bad deal. For some reason, I much prefer the 2S over the 3/3S. Aside from the rubber scroll wheel that tends to peel after a few years and the painfully outdated micro-USB, this is pretty much the perfect workhorse of a mouse. I have huge bets for the long overdue MX Master 4, however if you need a good mouse on discount today – that's a good deal.

I got this mouse back in 2017 for $60. I have been using it daily since then, and it is still working without any issues. I like the buttons and the scroll wheel on the side. I set the extra scroll wheel on the side to zoom in and out, and it was a game changer for me as I spent most of my time reading through codes, logs, and documents. Switching between desktops and apps has never been easier. Highly recommended if you're using it for work.

Connecting to 3 devices is not that convenient from my experience. I have been using two sets of computers on my desk since COVID and I have found that usb switch is way more convenient as you can switch your mouse and keyboard by just one click!

Good mouse. I have both version 2 and version 3. I prefer v2, as it has mechanical feeling mouse buttons that click. Version 3 has the mushy mouse buttons.

I believe both versions have a problem with the bottom thumb button. After a few years of use, it will get stuck in the clicked position and rendering the mouse un-usable. Fix requires you to take the mouse apart. Problem is it has small, specialty screws, so you most likely will need to order a $10 screw driver kit off Amazon/Ebay.

Check rewards in legacy accounts. I had 25$ in there from an email gift last week. Brought this down to like 27$. Solid.

This did not come with the Unifying Dongle. Nowhere here or on Lenovo website it was mentioned.

Compared to MX 3, MX 2S feels more plasticy and cheaper quality.

The scroll wheel is much louder.

The infinite scrolling is much nicer on MX 3.

As others mentioned, the side buttons are hard to use.

Same thing with getting it from bestbuy. The box said bluetooth version; inside there was no unifying dongle.

why do they still manufacture this model? It seems like MX3 has been out for 6 years.

Some CB website is offering 10% cashback at Lenovo.com orders. Plus, new users can get a $30 bonus cashback on their first order of $30 or more within 90 days after sign-up. This means this mouse would cost only $14.99 after cashback: $49.99 - $5 (instant savings) - $30 (new user bonus) = $14.99.

Is it worth it without dongle at this price?? I need dongle for usb kvm switch over Bluetooth..

Looked on eBay for dongles but then realized the cheaper ones come direct from China and yeah,,,,,,, what if they're fake ones with keylogger built in.. sigh…. I wish for blissful ignorance on such matters but I can't

So a decent genuine dongle is about $10, so now total $60

Got 1. With lenovo rewards $25, it's no brain to get this.
