PSA: Be careful if you're scheduled to pickup on Friday. The activation timer may starts on Friday but the CS aren't availble on weekends, which means you only have whatever hours left on Friday to attempt cancelling the line.

Nothing to add about this deal, but I got this phone a couple months ago and I have to say it's the best phone I've ever used. My wife got a Iphone 16 pro max and the camera on the Pixel 9 pro XL puts it to shame - especially when zoomed in. And the battery is usually around 40% when I go to bed at night after heavy use all day.

So if you're on the fence about this phone, don't be - you'll love it!

Their policy is crap, you have to give your trade-in phone(and reset) before they hand over the new devic to you. Learned that lesson when I did S25 Ultra deal. I have heard some stores allow their geek squad to transfer the content to new phone, but thats very YMMV, and I was not offered that option at all.

can anyone comment if the cancellation process between VZN vs. ATT? I've done 2 of the ATTs but never VZN. Any issues with cancellation, reversing the $35 activation or other shenanigans with VZN if anyone has done both ? Does BB keep track of how many you have done (I'm assuming once you walk out the store they cannot track what yoou do with the cell providers, likewise ATT/VZN has no visibility ofthe fact that you did this via the store promo/phone purchase & all they see is a new wireless plan? thanks
