PSA: Be careful if you're scheduled to pickup on Friday. The activation timer may starts on Friday but the CS aren't availble on weekends, which means you only have whatever hours left on Friday to attempt cancelling the line.

Nothing to add about this deal, but I got this phone a couple months ago and I have to say it's the best phone I've ever used. My wife got a Iphone 16 pro max and the camera on the Pixel 9 pro XL puts it to shame - especially when zoomed in. And the battery is usually around 40% when I go to bed at night after heavy use all day.

So if you're on the fence about this phone, don't be - you'll love it!

Got $425 trading for my iphone 13 mini. I bought the 256gb version: $450-$425=$25 out the door. Picked up at store then registered my phone online and chatted with the live agent to disconnect service same day today, now my final bill is $7.04 can't beat that😁
Hi how did you register with att? Is it a prepaid subscription or higher? Also how did you get because when I want to add the phone to the cart it say to put a phone number and account number or something like that?

Thanks for your imput. I am suspecting that porting out would result in the first month bill sent in full and was looking for someone who has actual experience with Verizon / can refer to the terms regarding this for confirmation.
You may terminate service for any reason. You will remain responsible for your Activation Fee unless you terminate service within 3 days of activation.

You will also be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date. If you paid a security deposit, it may take between 30 and 60 days to process the return of your security deposit. The charges for any service used on the account before the service termination date may be applied against your security deposit.

If you cancel your service after the 30-day period, but prior to the expiration of your minimum term, you will be responsible for all of the above mentioned charges, including an Early Termination Fee.

Like many others I also picked up one with Verizon sim card from BB. I wonder how to cancel without putting the sim card to the phone? Do I even have an account number or phone number with Verizon yet without putting the sim card in use? And if not, what information should I provide to the customer service when calling to cancel?
Hello how did you order it because when you add the phone it will ask about transfer number and account number?

This phone is factory unlocked and won't be locked any carrier no matter what SIM you put in it.

new verizon setup how do u setup online if u placed order or do u have to wait to get phone first?
There should be an email from VZW after they process the order and then perhaps another one when they activate the line right before shipping/picking up.

Assuming that you don't have service with ATT you can get a new number from ATT but for that you have to go to BB store. Otherwise you can a port a throwaway number to ATT to do it all online. You can get such number from Google voice/tello etc. Refer to the OnePlus thread I linked in the original post.

Verizon was lying that disconnection happens at end of billing cycle, but then I pushed and the rep gave in and eventually processed disconnection effective today. Hopefully, won't have to fight no more.

Yeah, make sure to have the line disconnected right away, they are trained to let it discontinue at the end of the billing cycle.

Same in the entire northeast. I don't want 128gb in 2025. Don't know why Google wouldn't stock more 256gb with best buy. Suppose it's one of the reasons for the sale... Likely too many 128gb units.
I don't think they will restock it as such a steep discount usually indicates they're trying to get rid of it (especially the XL/256GB version). No discount on the P9/P9 Pro probably becuase they still sell.

13 mini gets $425 but 13 gets $25 less
