Ironic because they used to have the best-looking, most expensive TV's on the market. My KRP-500M is still kicking and could only be topped by an OLED.

I remember back in the late 80's early 90's if I'm not mistaken they used to make some of the most expensive tv's and pretty good car and home audio systems .

i bought the 42" of this last week for a guest bedroom and was pleased with the quality. i wouldn't want to host a movie night or anything on it but for guest room/workout room use, it is great! plugged an apple tv into it so cannot speak to the stock OS (did not even connect it to our internet) but fit and finish was great for the price i paid ($140).

I have the 32" version for my home gym and overall it's not bad for the price. My biggest complaint is that the OS is very slow so it takes a bit to start up and then you have to wait a few seconds when trying to switch apps. If you are using this for actual cable or one specific streaming app, it's a great deal at this price point.
