Found some Morningstar coupon booklets at Kroger. Each book has (5) $2/2 MQs in it. I have *plenty* if someone wants. Also found FREE mountain dew wyb Doritos coded 28400 for $1.75 off.

I swear I am going to be that mom who walks her HS senior to home room everyday laugh out loud I just can't imagine letting my kiddos out of sight for even a second. These stories about missing kids are so sad, and it's even sadder to know that most of the time, some family member knows where they are nod
Me too! I may even have to go away to college with them Teehee

That is a pretty darn cute pooch!

And to build on Teri's reply, I've made many a call from within target, and it is a rare target trip that I'm not either getting a text or replying - there's always some sort of deal going on! Smilie

I have a quandary for you guys. I got a mailer from TRU/BRU a few weeks ago and on the back was a coupon that states "receive a $20 GC whey you register at any TRU or BRU store". So since DS is in camp this week I thought I would go in a do a registry for the kids' birthdays that are in the fall. So I go in and start the process and after a few minutes the girl that is helping me asks if this is for a b-day party. And I'm like, yeah. So she tells me that is called a "wish list" and that I can't use the coupon for the $20 GC if that's what I'm doing.

At this point I guess I could have lied but now I'm all about the principle of the matter. It doesn't specifically state "baby" registry on the coupon and how the hell and I supposed to know that they call their b-day program a "wish list"? The person was really rude, even after I nicely questioned her about the wording on the Q. I told her to never mind and that I'd go next door to Target and create a registry there since they have better CS and lower prices. I just shot off an email on their website.

Do you think I'm in the wrong here? I mean if I was going to put hundreds of dollars worth of toys on a list for my kids' birthdays and ask people to buy them at their store don't you THINK they would accommodate me? I'm sure the email will get funneled overseas and I'll get some canned response but I thought I'd try. I wish I would have talked with the manager while I was there. Hmmmm...

As a side note and disclaimer - I kind of think birthday registries or as I guess they are called "wish lists" are tacky. I was probably only going to tell my mom and maybe MIL that it existed so that they could see a few links to stuff that DS was asking for. We all know I already have all his b-day and Christmas presents in my secret present closet, purchased during T toy clearance. But of course, that's not the point.

You're going to let them GO AWAY to college? laugh out loud No way Jose, home town schools and living at home for all my kiddos! Teehee

I hadn't heard the story you guys were talking about so I just googled it. Holy crap, that is some scary stuff. I'm a total paranoid-probably-should-be-medicated-freak when it comes to stuff like this. I even got those tattoos with your phone number on them in case your kid gets lost. We use them at theme parks and even at our local zoo if we're going with a big group of people. Of course, those don't really help if your kid is snatched by a freak. But I don't like to think about that stuff.

Excellent suggestions! Thank you! I will definitely start reading up. I have a RA right across the highway from me, so there's no reason NOT to do them, and I have heard about lots of good deals there. Woohoo!

On another note, has anyone had the $5/2 Benadryl et al do strange things? Mine kept scanning at 2.29, which was the price of one of the Benadryl sticks. What's really strange is I had 4 of the sticks and 2 coupons. They scanned those 2 coupons FOUR TIMES, and each time, it took off 2.29. Confused I ended up having to leave all my stuff there because my kids were having fits and I was way too stressed out to deal with it all. Bummer because I had printer ink in my order and I desperately need printer ink. Oh well, guess I will have to head back to T at my earliest convenience!! Embarrassment
You might have the update where Qs adjust to price of items. Like those using $1 tide Qs on the .97 trial sizes, it's adjusting down to .97 without beeps at some stores. And as Qs can only be coded for $5/1..... *sigh* What a shitty update for everyone but AFCers Coverlaugh

I printed two last week, and then tried to print more but it said print limit reached. This time last year I think we were all filling our freezers with Klondike Bars. I'm sure there are still some buried in there LMAO

Home now.

Had an excellent day. Wish I have all these days off again. With pay would be better, This week will be the first week since January I have had less than 40 hours between the two jobs.I so much enjoyedthe slower pace of life today.
Got my phone. Battery is dead at the moment. So I will get to play with it later. The WHOLE reason I wanted an upgrade was to visit Slickdeals at work. At the casino you get a break every hour twenty. Eat or read. I was thinking reading would help my waistline alot more.

Lunch was Good. Just finished the leftovers, I stoped at Taco Bell for a side order of rice and pick up one of those Free Strawberry Margaritas to go with the leftovers. Now to stay away from the scale for two days.

Also received $175 worth of certificates to get my hair done. I did get it done last month at Penney's for like $75 dollars but this hair salon that I usually go to costs me $168. What a great guy. But he didn't notice I did my hair lately? Oh well, certificates will be great for next time.

I did give him some polos because I was buying them for him for a later date. He stated last week he needed more shirts. Gift wrap them just for him. He loved it. I even threw in a Kohl's $10 coupon.

No Kohler didn't call. But I am still feeling good about a chance to return. Mentally I was stating to myself and others that I would have to make the next decision about returning back by November. Just knowing that HR is calling people in my month of senority is exciting.

Off to beg for more Neutrogena coupons to the trading forum I will go. Stop at Wags too. Lots left of them bars. I need to get kitty liter at Target. Yep. Stop at three different targets today. I AM about ready to get back shopping there!

Love you all.

He's 2 years old and can be quite a handful at times. 65 lbs is a lot of dog. But he fits right in this thread.Wink
