Seems like a great price for this model, but I'm going to pass because of the non-replaceable battery and proprietary charger. I would bite if it had either a USB-C port or a removable battery you could charge, but as it is, you are SOL if you lose the charging cable this comes with. Extra chargers are $10 minimum.

Copy+Paste apparently doesn't work on AliExpress, so I thought the code was no good, but then I entered it manually and it worked. Definitely worth checking out, it's about half of the price of what you'd pay on the Olight website.

It sure looks like it. If it isn't I've used Aliexpress returns multiple times, successfully, without issues.

But I really do think this is the same Olight as sold on their site. I've purchased a dozen Olight products over the years and their packaging and languages were obviously of Chinese origin like I've seen in other Aliexpress items.

Even the Olight webste has similar esthetics.

There are alot of very good replica products on aliexpress and dhgate. I'm not saying this one is necessarily bad. But it isn't genuine. I've taken a replica Rolex in to a reputable watch repair person and he didn't know it was a replica until he took it apart.

Does the price include the 104% China tariff?

Anyways, I have this flashlight, great light for its compact size and for my use. For my use case, it's almost perfect. I inspect 4-6 attics and crawl spaces per day. The battery life is good, I love the magnetic charger that almost attaches itself when I get back in my car. The laser is great for pointing things out to clients from afar, and the UV light is great for lighting up phosphate in rodent urine to find their trails. The controls are pretty easy to get used to after a day or so.

my guess it would be a much bigger risk to ship counterfeit from the USA warehouse since you'd need to pay for freight, warehouse in the usa, taxes, etc...

I got olight led lanterns on aliexpress. They're the real thing. You're comparing a luxury watch brand that only sells thru their own brands boutiques and carefully vetted and controlled retailers to a Chinese company selling flashlights… plenty of Chinese based company do direct sales via aliexpress/alibaba storefronts😑

I have the budget version of the arkfeld series, wurkkos hd01 without UV, but with a laser and I never knew I would like and use that much, i bought on a deal and it is awesome, I wouldn't buy the olight full price but for 50 its a nice father's day gift
