None of these sweeteners are good. Stevia can create issues with your liver! I was popping high on liver enzymes for about 2 years and couldn't figure out why, as everything we tried to resolve it wouldn't work. After reading about a connection to Stevia, I stopped using the product and within 6 months my Liver was 100% back to normal and having avoided Stevia since, my liver issues never returned.
About 20% of the people who consume Stevia will likely see this issue, so if you're seeing this on your blood work, might want to give this a try.
While I am sorry this was your experience generalizing based on this that none of these sweeteners are good is honestly nonsense. Sure every product in existence will have someone it is not good for, that doesn't make it bad for everyone... It is like saying I ate peanuts and got a horrible reaction that must mean that all the nuts in the world are bad for you... No, you are allergic or intolerant you are probably just fine with most other nuts and most of the population is just fine eating peanuts.
I also seriously doubt your 20% data point, you have a reference?
All that said it is an interesting piece of information.
None, Sucralose can cause insulin resistance and stevia insulin sensitivity, so Sucralose is marginally better in this way as it is more predictable like the sugar it is made from, but ultimately neither are good for you and Aspartame is worse.
Ideally I find that less sugar or even a small amount of honey is better than most of these, but I largely switched to unsweetened tea and coffee or water.

It isn't nonsense, they all have some pretty serious drawbacks. I've never researched monk fruit but thus far, the majority of these things have too many side effects.
