Biggest drawback seems to be HDMI 2.1 ports capped at 24Gbps so 4k at anything past 60fps is going to have compromised quality. Fine for media, possibly problematic for 120Hz/VRR gaming. Audio quality and setup are pretty great as you'd expect for nearly any $300+ receiver these days.
