It's $350... you want better, pay more. This is good for the price. Someone interested in buying a TV at this price is clearly not that concerned about having the best TV...

What would you expect for $350, of course it will be a basic TV. Considering it is 65" and 4K, it will do for many applications where one does not have high demands of quality or features.

To go with your anology, you shouldn't expect to get such a great deal on a BMW where you pay a Nissan Versa price for it.

spend $50 more getting a TCL Q6 and you'll be much better off.

πŸ˜‚ i'm sorry. i'm just not a fan of the cheapo TVs. when i went OLED it's been my mission to get everyone on board or at the minimum get a Mini LED or a QLED. just save up and get something really nice rather than a basic base model TV.

All good. You are principled πŸ˜€
I have a 55" TV in my home office that I consider replacing because it sometime shows very saturated colors when I turn it on and I have to unplug/replug to fix it. Today, at Costco, my wife wouldn't let me look at TVs to replace it. She thought I was too lazy and I should get off my chair to do the unplug/plug motion! But a cheap TV would do the job for my application; though 65" is too big for my application so I wasn't going to buy this anyway (so relax πŸ€ͺ)

Nah, you're just bored and want to start a discussion.
Do you get commission from LG, Samsung, or Sony? Nope. So I'm not entirely sure what's in it for you.
I have a Sony Bravia OLED for my main room but for $350, I don't mind keeping this TV in my backyard or something while I make some BBQ.
It's like jumping into a Toyota thread saying "Why don't you just get a Porsche?" You just sound like you're trying to start something.

I had a UQ 43" which it looks like is similar to the UT series. It was absolutely not a good TV whatsoever. If you can't afford a better tv or don't really care about having a better than average picture quality then sure this will be just fine for you. Definitely an uber cheap 65 tho can't argue there!

The deal price for 65" cheapest was $250 for at least last 6 years. I'm not sure if we're going to see it again due to tariffs. So this might not be a bad deal if you need one now.
