The plates loaded on top do not add to the resistance, merely keeps it more firmly planted into the ground while you are pushing it. It is recommended to put a couple plates on but the wheels make those plates not even remotely close to adding resistance weight

Great price but horrible reviews. As long as you don't get a defect and the magnet system failing easily/not working properly I'd say its worth a shot if your good with fixing/modifying things.

Ouch - I love pushing the Torque Tank M4 at the gym and would love to have one at home for 15% of the cost, but looks like this thing has a decent chance to become a giant paperweight.

I saw this for $400 few months ago, added to my cart, then it went up to $479 and it's been sitting in my cart since then. Did not want to purchase it for that amount.
