Exact same situation. Subscription ending soon, and didn't want to autorenew at $80, so decided to cancel.

Got the $19.99 offer while cancelling.

Did not work on this end. However, my subscription is ending November 2025. I went to cancel the subscription and did not get the renewal pop up for $19.99
Oh well, I guess I will look again around Black Friday for a Peacock deal like last year's $19.99

Thanks . I highly recommend this process as well. My annual subscription ends of June. I talked to Peacock Customer service and they gave me a voucher code for $19.99/year. My steps:
  1. Found customer support at https://www.peacocktv.com/help. Did live chat by selecting "Payments and Subscriptions" => "Cancel Plan" => "Other"
  2. Talked to Live Support -- said I was thinking of canceling my annual plan (which is still true) but saw that there was a $19.99/year promo and asked if I qualified
  3. Live Support said they don't have any promos and asked for a link/screen shot, so I sent a screenshot from this thread
  4. They then provided me with a $19.99 voucher.
I also asked about the ad-free plan. Basically, customers aren't able to annual AND monthly plans anymore (meaning you can't do an annual premium version with a monthly premium plus). Both need to be monthly or annual. My monthly ad-free plan was sunsetting regardless of the status of my annual plan.

Has anyone had any luck figuring out how to use this with subscribing through Amazon? And my account doesn't expire till June but I can only do auto renewal and turning that off doesn't do anything or give me any type of offer.

I followed this process to get the voucher and they canceled my subscription without telling me, so watch out if you talk to customer care. I had an annual premium plan with a month left and a monthly premium plus and now it's gone. They gave me another coupon to make up for the month of premium plus, but I am now unable to keep the annual premium and monthly premium plus going as I wanted to. They said you won't be able to do that anymore starting next month but I'll believe it when I see it. Anyway if anyone figures out how to get the annual premium + monthly premium plus back without being grandfathered in, I'd love to hear it.

After trying this several times and not being offered anything, finally got the $19.99 offer and took it. Have AMEX offer activated as well. My subscription wasn't up till the middle of June so who knows where the logic is?

What was your process? Did you just keep clicking the cancel button and not seeing the offer and then clicking "keep subscription"? Did you do this daily?

I reactivated. Waited a bit and then canceled several times. Left it activated for a day once and that didn't work. Watched a movie when reactivated the other day and that didn't work. Left it canceled for the last couple of days. Reactivated and went to cancel right away and there it was.

My plan was a one year premium $25 plan expiring on 9/6/25. I did not receive and offer when I cancelled. I restarted my plan and cancelled several times and nothing worked for me.
