What are your "must-haves" vs "nice-to-haves" in a potential partner?

Ladies. You can do this too with the men you are looking for.

For me a must is she:

lives close to me (30 miles or less)

has a full-time job w/ benefits

doesn't smoke or do illegal drugs

A nice-to-have (optional but not required) is she:

can sing Karaoke

can cook
