Is the lack of safety retractable blade something to factor in the decision process?
Those are saw stop, they own the patent to that tech, hence why every other table saw doesnt have this tech. basically forcing you to pay their upcharge for it.

Just picked one up for $208.89!

If you have a Lowe's credit card, you can get an extra 20% off. Purchase a coupon for $6.95 on Savendeals.com. Subtotal was $191.20 — taxes took it up to $209.
Anyone know if Savendeals 10% coupon will work on this? It's $2.99 but I'm unsure

I bought my Hitachi C10RJ (same product) back in 2019. For those who got in on this, you won't be disappointed. It has the best table size out of all the portables I've used (between coworkers and friends, that's a LOT). I paid $270 for mine and it's worth every penny. At this thread's price it's a steal.

I had it in my cart but couldn't justify it right now. I don't rip boards very often as a diy homeowner. Borrowed one to install flooring years ago, but haven't needed one since. Plus I'm not sure where I could store it. I'm not into woodworking so I can't think of what I would use it for. Maybe I should have shot first and figured it out later. Oh well!

Miter saw is better (IMO) for flooring
