I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

I order 2 phones with Google voice number

You ordered two phones? How did you do this? Was it on the same account? Did each phone need a port in number? Details please.

Any idea how to do this for multiple phones? I'd like to pick up 3 for my family. Would I have to create a separate account for each one or could I do three in one transaction?

Suggest doing each in a separate transaction or 2 on 1 and 1 separate. Either way 3 months are paid for. Once done you might want to consolidate all plans under 1 to save

Where did that information come from? There is nothing in the T&C's about this; in fact it says that the warranty is direct from TW, and NOT from Motorola...

Here's the breakdown of my order:
Subtotal: $759.24
Discount: -$599.99
Tax: $5.75
Shipping: Free
Total Paid: $165.00

Yes on same account, and I port in 2 different Google voice numbers.

Same. Was working yesterday, and now not even phone number will work, before it was lagging after I verified my ID

Check with the credit card that you paid for the phone. Most of them offer extended warranty for free. I always wrote which card I paid on the back of my phone just in case.
I'm aware of it, and you might want to read up on the T&C of the credit card's extended warranty as it technically doesn't apply here. It only extends the warranty if it has official warranty in the US. Technically, this phone doesn't have the warranty once you move from Total Wireless.
Now, the credit card's underwriter don't have to know that. (And this may constitute insurance fraud? I'm not sure.)
And even if it weren't, FYI, the extended warranty only kicks in after your warranty end. Meaning, it'll only start covering after 1 year of use. So you want to pray that the phone doesn't die before 1 year of use. if your try to claim extended warrantgy before that 1 year mark, the card company will tell you to go through the official warranty channel first during the warranty period.

Maybe it's a bug. I'll try again tomorrow, I guess. Anyone else able to verify today?

Does anybody know how long I can wait to activate the 3 month plan after I get the phone? My current phone plan goes through July and I would hate to waste it.

The courtesy one-time screen protector replacement policy is discussed in this video [bing.com] from Moto. They give the options available to U.S, based Razr owners. This covers the 2024 Razr, but may include the 2025 also. They advise to not use any 3rd party protectors on top of the factory one.

Thanks for this! Razer 40 aka 2023 is also covered. Not needed yet, but will load this into the chamber.
