I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.
It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

You ordered two phones? How did you do this? Was it on the same account? Did each phone need a port in number? Details please.
Suggest doing each in a separate transaction or 2 on 1 and 1 separate. Either way 3 months are paid for. Once done you might want to consolidate all plans under 1 to save
Here's the breakdown of my order:
Subtotal: $759.24
Discount: -$599.99
Tax: $5.75
Shipping: Free
Total Paid: $165.00
Yes on same account, and I port in 2 different Google voice numbers.

Now, the credit card's underwriter don't have to know that. (And this may constitute insurance fraud? I'm not sure.)
And even if it weren't, FYI, the extended warranty only kicks in after your warranty end. Meaning, it'll only start covering after 1 year of use. So you want to pray that the phone doesn't die before 1 year of use. if your try to claim extended warrantgy before that 1 year mark, the card company will tell you to go through the official warranty channel first during the warranty period.
