I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

There's been rumors on reddit that this phone caught on fire at multiple Verizon stores and that is why Verizon (and Verizon owned MVNOs) have stopped selling the Razr and are having packages returned to sender. No way to substantiate these rumors at this time, but something strange is going on for sure.

20th is delivery date that it'll be delivered to warehouse, not us, I believe.

The UPS update on my end is showing the same thing — the package was sent back to the warehouse in Plainfield, IN, and is scheduled to be delivered there on the 20th. It seems like this is happening to 90% of people. I'm not sure how or why they did this to almost everyone, but one of the total wireless customer service reps told me that an automated email was sent to UPS to hold the package and return it to them. Once they receive the package, we should get a refund. So, I don't think they're going to deliver this package again.

tru dat. if you really really want this razr 2025, you just have to order again and hope they don't do a round 2 of annoy-your-customers-game on you. i, for one, ain't. i'm just annoyed that they have my mugshot for free

Same. My UPS tracking page now says, "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible" and "We're sorry this package has experienced a sortation delay. The package has been rerouted to the correct destination".
