is there any way to STOP the daily pop-ups on both the site and the app to re-join?
I never want to resubscribe. and these annoying pop-ups make me never want to use the app or website ever again.

I redeemed the same offer last year, but I was charged $98. I contacted customer support for assistance, but they were unhelpful. Eventually, I decided to cancel my subscription. I was really frustrated with the customer service team because they informed me that the 50% discount was only available to individuals with government assistance.

This was fairly simple. I logged onto the app. Saw the offer. Went to manage my membership. Clicked cancel and got one of those "before you go" prompts. Now my annual renewal price in November is half of what it was. Thanks OP.

How did you extend an existing membership? Every time there was a promo I tried and found no way to add another year. It just offered to reactivate W+ and would bill me when the existing membership was expiring.
