Thanks OP! For this price, just ordered 1 as backup. I'm not a pro, I grab this drill 99% of the time over my Fuel Hammer and other drills.

If you're military/veteran, you can buy from the exchange and it will also be tax free.

Good to have if fight breaks out on job site. If someone swing hammer, stick, or knife at you. Can use that hand guard to block the attack.

I swear this was posted already two days ago, but I can't find it... very strange. I ordered it then already. I definitely didn't find the deal myself this time around, so... Thanks op? 😂

This, and the M12 surge impact driver, are good deals. Both are must have tools for DIY or light/midrange professional work.

Yeah, I'm not sure what going on with Slickdeals, but I've seen the same thing on some other things. Where it's either being posted multiple times as a "new" deal or it's triggering my alert notifications multiple times.
I also ordered it the other day, so I know I'm not going crazy this time lol.

When do you grab the fuel surge vs this installation driver? I already have the installation drive and am trying to justify the need for the surge

Someone marked the deal from two days ago expired (it obviously isn't) and at least one person went through and downthumbed any mention of hacking.
I picked one up. Still not positive if I want to keep it, pick up the Bosch or just skip, mainly on whether either 12V battery system is worth getting into.

Surge is essentially an impact driver, better for driving, more power etc. My setup is with these 2 exactly, replaces the standard drill / impact combo

I picked one up the other day for this price pretty meat driver combo overall I like it and I think I'll keep it. I think it's a good tool for the 12 V ecosystem. I will say I don't like the tighten and loosen being a button on top that's almost digital like I definitely prefer having the push button near the trigger. It's just easier to get to without taking your hands off the drill overall I'm gonna keep it though
