This is the lowest price I have seen on SD for this item.
As all Milwaukee HD hacks work, buy the tool that comes with free tool. They are priced separately and return the tool that you do not want.
Add both Installation driver to cart, then Milwaukee M12 12V Lithium-Ion Cordless 3/8 in. Ratchet.
Price for installation driver: $113.79
Price for ratchet: $85.20
Price will work for delivery or instore pickup.
I love my new tool, Happy Labor Day Weekend!

I've installed new vinyl siding, new vinyl windows, screwed down some deck boards, and hung drywall with ease.
The final tests which passed with flying colors were sistering some 2x4 studs for sheet rock butt joints. It sunk those new studs down way tighter than I even needed and still had some torque left. The right angle attachment made this laughably easy in the areas where I didn't have a full 14.5" space to work with.
I even drilled several 3/4" holes with a screw point wood auger bit through 2 layers of 3/4" plywood. It would have been a little faster with the drill or impact, but it didn't disappoint and went right on through.
For 95% of homeowners doing DIY projects this tool would easily be better than buying a drill/impact combo. If you find yourself needing to drill holes in concrete or break some old bolts loose, then look at those tools.
Trust me, you will not regret this purchase.

I'm not sure if I should go to Home Depot or deal with Milwaukee.

If you go through Milwaukee, they may have you send the tool in for repair, in which case you'll be without your drill for awhile. Or, they may exchange it for a refurb which could be more banged up than your month old tool.
