1 - the wall plug does NOT angle down. When traveling, an angle-down plug can make everything harder. ex: At the Venetian hotel in Vegas. They have convenient (NOT!) plugs on the bed-side table lamp bases. An angle down plug inserted tilts the lamp over.
2 - the power cord between the wall and the charger effectively gives my cables extra length. result: I can use my device comfortably even if not close to the wall outlet.
3 - it has 2 USB-C and 2 USB-A. Former model had 1 :: 3. 2 :: 2 is better for today and future.
4 - enough ports that I can start charging everything at once when I get back to the hotel late
Thank you Anker for a great product.

Link to evidence of such claims?
I find this very difficult to believe.
I have had many GaN chargers for years and have not had a single issue with any of them.
I plug this into my hard to reach outlet, then I have it mounted to the back of my nightstand table (with 3m command strips)— keeps it out of view and spares my table space but gives me all the charging stuff I need plus the normal plugs for anything else I need to plug in.
So I have a 3-in-one wireless iPhone charger stand (phone, AirPods, watch) in one usb C… I keep a hard wired 10-foot usb C cable in the second, if I really need a faster phone charge (vs wireless)…Then I have a 10' USB-A to lightning in the 3rd port to charge my older Apple devices like my Apple TV remotes, my older iPad and AirPods…Then the 4th a USB-A to usb micro for whatever else that uses that.
Last- I use the AC ports to plug in my HomePod, my bedside lamp and my fan. Perfect! And I like the flat plug because I have to push my bed all the way back to the wall and a normal plug won't allow for that.
So yeah— $30 right now for that one, $5 more if that suits you better. Hope someone finds that helpful. I have a second one of those for my computer desk btw. I'll spare you the details ok that one.
If the link doesn't work just search Amazon for the Anker 525 7-in-1 station.
Same wattage as this one, with fast charging (65w).

>I'm not sure exactly what's happening, but it seems to provide power for a minute or so, then shut off and then charge again
>When I first got it I had no problems but then when I would charge my tablet or phone it would stop charging then charge off and on every few seconds and I unplugged it and did everything they recommended and unfortunately nothing worked,I think it was just my unit other then that it was okay
thank you

Could you try posting the link again? Doesn't seem to be working for me.
