Bought service with this company through Amazon back in December. It took them over a month to ship the sim card, then when I went to activate it they said the iccid number didn't match their records for the purchase. Took three days of calls and many hours before someone was able to fix it. Each time they asked the exact same questions (Amazon order number, iccid, IMEI, my address for the phone number). In the end they didn't give me the area code I requested that they asked for in each of the calls.

YMMV, but I personally would not buy from this company, nor will I be staying with this company when my year is up.

FYI, I bought two one Verizon and one T-Mobile. I noticed that T-Mobile can have visual voicemail while Verizon cannot.

Metro sucks in getting numbers ported. I had similar issues going from Boost to Metro. Their system didnt even recognize the port info from Boost due to its length. Eventually it magically worked after a rep entered the info. Since Metro extended their unlock policy and raised prices for basic plans, i am done with them.

I've had infimobile on my son's phone as data line for over a year now. It works well. During a recent road trip there were times when his data was working faster than mine (xfinity unlimited). He has never had problems with it. I would buy again.

BUT, the customer service concerns are valid. I tried to reach them twice, and I couldn't both times. Neither time was a serious enough problem, so I gave up on it fairly quickly.
