FYI If you don't need two and need a hedge trimmer there's a great deal on one for $110 at Home Depot right now.

I haven't seen a deal like the one I got about a month ago from HD:

1x 4aH battery
1x 6aH battery
1x charger

$89

Isn't Amazon a roll of the dice to whether or not it's genuine? They comingle inventory, so fake sets get put with genuine ones.

Buyer beware. I got a fake 5ah on Amazon. The only visible difference is there was no QR code printed on battery. Internally, it had no circuit board and generic unmarked cells. It likely lacks low voltage cutoff and other protective circuitry. I haven't tested it but I'd be happy if it's capacity is really 3 or 4 ah.
Also, genuine dewalt battery cases are secured with security torx screws. My battery was not. They were either regular torx or philips—I don't remember. In future I'll buy batteries from Home Depot, Lowes or tool sellers that deal directly with Dewalt but not Amazon. I bought a 9ah flexvolt and 4 powerstacks from Woot recently (an Amazon company.) They were all genuine. I'll continue to trust Woot until I get a dud.

Yeah I got that one too. Was quite the deal. Would love to get that again at that price. These are good too, but the fakes!

Yep. DeWALT stopped badging standard batteries with XR. It's now reserved for tabless (PowerPack) and pouch cell (PowerStack) batteries. Internally these are the same 5AH XR batteries they been selling for years. There's actually so much existing inventory that you might still get them with XR labels/packaging. It seems all the retailers have their stock images linked to DeWALT's website somehow so they almost all updated simultaneously when DeWALT threw the switch last year.

Yes, while a good chunk may be legit, you're rolling the dice with the comingled counterfeits that Amazon won't fix.

buyer beware, don't trust any "deal" on amazon for highly counterfeit items like electronics and batteries.
