Maybe it is a bummer to not have some form of sawzall, but honestly that's a less essential tool in my mind. If you are planning to do a ton of demo and remodel work, you probably have skills and tools already and aren't buying a starter kit.
Plus corded ones are dirt cheap If you end up needing one. (Although the same could be said about the sander or angle grinderā¦both of which I'm ok with having corded).
