Been looking at this for a while. Most bad reviews mention rust which means they don't know how to care for carbon steel. In for 1.

Looks like they forgot to season it or it warps.

The warping is pretty bad, especially when it's hot and I put food on it. Hot dogs roll off and grease goes everywhere. It does rust over the winter or when not used for a long time but all it takes is some sandpaper and fresh seasoning.

Put the hotdogs wieners on the grill grates man.

Using a griddle without a grease catcher like this is just a bad idea. I used a 15" 3/8" thick pizza steel as a griddle to make eggs and bacon, and the grease just glides right off the surface onto whatever is surrounding.

More expensive, but I've had this one for four years and use it more than the grates: https://a.co/d/69NnOHt Hasn't warped or rusted. On my grill the grease runs out the front, down the inside of the front wall of the grill box and into the grill's grease tray.

This is laughable garbage. They don't even list the very first spec you should be looking for, which is the thickness of the steel.
It's beyond laughable that they put a 1.88" tall 90° bend at the edge and they then list the 'thickness' of this product as 1.88" thick.
It's likely only about 16 to 14 ga sheet and will warp out in no time.

Just go to your local steel/metals supplier and depending on your use buy a 1/8" thick piece of plate (if for outdoor grill use) of A-36 plate, or up to 3/8" thick (for pizza steel oven use).
Just be sure to thoroughly clean/degrease it and give it a few initial seasoning applications with lard or oil to keep it rust free and ready to go. 100x the quality and will last forever.
