Something does not add up for me on these. I see over 9,000 mostly positive reviews but I'm scratching my head how that big tip is supposed to fit between my teeth when floss is already a struggle. Hmmm....

The tip thinner edge can be compress through also the brush side(bigger tip you referencing). The big tip is actually flatter like a fish shape. Think plastic bristle or mini tooth brush. They also better for scrapping any plague or to pick debris. You will get a fuller over all cleaning with these than floss when done right and your gums get use to them. Just like hands develop callous. Gums get use to more rigorous cleaning if you keep up with it. My 70+ yr old mother loves them. She use to floss for decades and been on these a few years now. These are made mainly in mind with people that are obsessive with extra clean teeth.

Probably great for your gums, but wonder how much microplastic leeches out in your gums / mouth when using these things, as the whole point is to scrape the plaque off your teeth, probably scratches the plastic off too

I love these pics! Sometimes it can be a challenge with tight fit between teeth but overall I believe these are the healthiest thing for teeth and gums ever if used regularly. The idea of getting trapped food debris away from the teeth is the main concept in dental hygiene, IMHO. The next thing is to keep sugary drink solutions rinsed.

I've been addicted to these for years. I cannot eat without a follow-up with one of these.
