Yes mine was delivered yesterday . It was 199.99 before tax when I made my order . It's little bit small in size. But perfect for me being a 5.6 inch lean guy .

I had a faux leather sofa before. After few months it was peeling/flaking like crazy to the point that I couldn't use it anymore. Would this be the same?

NEVER buy these faux leather! It will start flaking and deteriorate after 1.5 years! I made this mistake once...

Sounds like user error, most folk don't know how to clean them. I have various sets of faux leather in my shop and it still looks as good as it did 13 yrs ago.
