Just an FYI if you have had previous pairs from years ago and plan on upgrading: Teva no longer uses neoprene liners around the touchpoints on the sandals. I have a previous pair that still has the neoprene, and it is NIGHT AND DAY when the shoes are wet. My girlfriend wore a hole on her foot from chafing after they were wet for just a moment (current version). Whereas I was totally fine with my older neoprene lined shoes. The quality is about half of what they were even 4 years ago.
If you are unfamiliar with neoprene, it's a synthetic rubber that is used in wetsuits. The neoprene is a thin strip between the strap bindings and your skin. It used to allow you to walk all day even if the shoes were wet. Not anymore. I use this kind of shoes for boating, fishing and walking in rivers, without the neoprene they will scratch or wear spots on your feet if you do not become used to it. Teva is wildly expensive for what it brings to the table, this should honestly be the MSRP not the sale price. Teva used to be king for boating and fishing, but because they have changed, it might be better to look at others if you plan on hiking in and out of water.

Been wearing it during summer for past 3 year. It fits well, airy so no sweat, very comfortable. The straps and sole are very comfortable. Got it for sale 3 years back for $29.

My only gripe is the band sometime slip when they are wet.

Also, the straps tend to fray and the velcro goes to shit.
