You sure? Pixel 9 series was 2024.

I looked. Pixel 7 was announced 10/2022. Pixel 8 series 10/2023. The Fold was 6/2023.

I use one I bought in 2023 and I'm going to keep it for a long time. I just love the wide and short outer screen too much. I don't really bother about the internal foldable screen.

I wouldn't buy another if this broke though as it's outdated.

Great phone, I loved mine for about a year and a half but it was too darn heavy for one handing plus I used the device with one hand most of the time and almost never used the phone as a fold, so back to a normal bar phone I went. This is a great price and great way to test out the waters to see if you like folding phones though!

Pretty sure this is the same deal that is going around, keep in mind that you have to contact them on their Gmail for warranty. That really doesn't instill any confidence in this process
