Buying multiple phones?
Consider this.
The first phone will be 120.
Subsequent phones (either purchased at same time on withing next few days) will be less.
Boost has a weird way of billing and its often confusion. No one has figured it out yet.
Many have made speculations:

My first purchase cost me $125.90 in total then subsequently thereafter I purchased 2x more phones which came out to $94.84 each.
Since you bought the first phone at regular price, Boost treats any further purchases as an additional line since they're on the same account.
However, bear in mind Boost will automatically enable autopay again so be sure to disable it prior to your next billing cycle recurring.

To reduce installation of games and other unwanted apps:
Set up without going on WiFi or inserting SIM card. Click on Skip for WiFi and Set up offline for the SIM card. Then Continue to set up offline.
Go to the App manager, click to view system apps. Then disable App cloud, Mobile Applicatons Manager.
After that you can enable WiFi, isert SIM card, activate.

Is the code only good for one use? In other words if I put another different SIM in, what I have to pay again? Should I unlock bootloader and flash Retail before or after the unlock? This 'unlock' is only for different SIM carriers, correct? And the bootloader I would have to request from Motorola themselves?
But my Boost Mobile account currently doesn't have any active lines. I last used it back in 2023 to order a different phone that I only paid one month of service for. So don't understand why it's discounting the premium plan from $60 to $2 when I try to order it in my account. Not sure if I should go thru with placing an order to see what happens.

It's possible you're prorated to day#31 of a 31-day month, who knows.
