10/3/2025.
Reports are that boost may may changed their T & C.
(Around 10/1/2025 . maybe, not clear)
Requiring activating phone and using service for some time.
(3 months?).
Do your research.
However, may not matter much as phone appears to be gone for good from boost website.

You must activate the phone on boost network within 30 days of purchase.
If not you may be charged the full MSRP of the Device(s).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
best practice=open the phone. activate the boost account. make a call or 2. send a text or 2
phone call &/or text just insures the phone number has been fully registered on the boost network
while not entirely necessary, just to be safe.
and not get a $600 bill or get sent to collections
[ which has happened to at least one user on this thread ]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
make sure u activate.
By checking this box I agree to e-transaction/e-signature, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions. Once activated I authorize Boost Mobile to automatically charge my card monthly for my Boost Mobile services, taxes and surcharges. My service will not begin until my SIM is activated. If you do not activate your Device(s) on the Boost Mobile network within 30 days of purchase, you may be charged the full MSRP of the Device(s) (less your purchase price), if applicable, to the card used today or any alternative method. . I also agree to receive communications regarding this order via email, SMS, or phone call using the contact information provided

Buying multiple phones?
Consider this.
The first phone will be 120.
Subsequent phones (either purchased at same time on withing next few days) will be less.
Boost has a weird way of billing and its often confusion. No one has figured it out yet.
Many have made speculations:
For example. Below is from a user.
My first purchase cost me $125.90 in total then subsequently thereafter I purchased 2x more phones which came out to $94.84 each.
Since you bought the first phone at regular price, Boost treats any further purchases as an additional line since they're on the same account.
However, bear in mind Boost will automatically enable autopay again so be sure to disable it prior to your next billing cycle recurring.

If you don't activate it with Boost, you'll be charged $600 per the terms when you checked out.
ok, thanks. Anyone has issue activating the line? If yes, how did you resolve?
If camera quality is a very important factor for you, do some research before buying this. The photo and video quality is substantially worse that Pixel, Galaxy, OnePlus etc many brand's flagship phones.
you have to shoot photos in Pro RAW mode to get decent good quality photos on this.
The photo processing the default moto app does destroys the picture quality.
Installing GCam improves picture quality a bit, but still doesn't beat shooting in RAW
Video quality I found is good enough 4k60

Day 1 unlock thanks to Thrifty. This phone is slick
Indeed, Thrifty is going to be a millionaire at this rate...! LOL
The phone is nice, besides Monitor output and sheer SoC power and gaming performance, I find this phone to perform just as good as my Moto G Stylus 5G 2024. I couldn't see any noticeable difference between the two on normal usage. I do much prefer a flat screen over a curved one. Reason why I'm sticking with my Stylus 5G for now. Haven't been able to find a case that protects the edges of the display in case of an accidental drop on a parking lot, etc.
I get the downside of not having a case with side lip protection on the edge+ 2023 but it really hasn't given me any other issues like accidental touches. I find the Edge+ 2023 more comfortable to use than the Motorola Moto G Stylus 2025 which is same size dimensions as the 2024. I think the big PRO is the display quality, haptics and speaker over the Stylus. The Stylus screen is nice but Edge+ speaker is awesome. The Stylus speaker is its con compared to its competitors like Samsung and Pixel. Haptics way stronger with the Edge+. There are lot more positives too. I like the Stylus 2025 a lot and think it is definitely daily driver phone worthy but I definitely prefer Edge+.
With the Motorola Moto G Stylus 2024, it doesn't even have any gorilla glass. It has a hardened scratch resistant display. The Stylus 2025 got Gorilla Glass 3. The Edge+ is using Victus Gorilla Glass which is 2x more scratch resistant than Gorilla Glass 6 so you know it is far more stronger than your Stylus 2024 hardened display with tempered glass. I have never cracked or scratched any of my phone's display. I used tempered glasses with majority but the ones that have the slight curved display, I didn't use any tempered glass and just a case. I didn't damage them.
You could also use Supershieldz film protection against scratches and probably helps a little bit more against drops on display contact. You shouldn't let the edge curve deter you from using the Edge+. It has very strong Victus. There is still lip protection on the top, bottom and corners with the Edge+ case. It still has side protection but no side lip protection. If I were to drop the Edge+ with my case on on a hardwood floor, I can't see how the display can make any contact with the flat floor as it has raised corner lip protection. With bumpy gravel ground, I have never ever dropped any of my phones on gravel. Hold phone more secure on gravel ground. It also helps when one pays $120 sale on a phone rather than $799.99 launch price to be little bit more risky with having a lesser case protection.
As far as performance, yes the Stylus is definitely not as powerful as the Edge in benchmarks and gaming. I don't use my phone to do those things. But on everyday tasks, web browsing, YouTube watching, emails, there's zero difference between the two.
I like 68W charging, but won't use it for the longevity of the battery. I love the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and the fact you can hook this phone up to a monitor, but I'd hardly ever use that in real life. The cameras are supposed to be much better on the Edge+ but I'm already extremely happy with the camera on the Stylus.
The main reason why I got this phone is because it was affordable, it was a flagship device a couple of years ago, and easily unlockable on day one straight out of the box. I had never seen that in my life. LOL
I'm with Visible. After I got the Android 15 update on the Stylus, it completely broke Wi-Fi Calling and Mobile Hotspot on my phone with Visible. That's on Motorola. The Edge+ too, lost Wi-Fi Calling after the Android 15 update, fortunately, Mobile Hotspot still works. I've already contacted Motorola. They're promising a fix next month.
Tried with 3 different agents. No dice.
First rep opened a ticket to try to improve my call reception/quality (whatever that means).
Second rep transferred me to their accounts/billing dept to process the refund. Informed me the phone will stay locked to Boost if I go through (yada yada), then they hung up on me.
Third rep told me I need to port out first, return the phone, and then they'll refund all charges.

Is it necessary to do factory reset after unlock?
Has anyone been able to get Boost CS to refund the plan through 30-day money guarantee recently?

Their network switching option is cool and their approach is well executed so it does slow down most everyday port out requests so you just have to get creative.
