Black shoes are only tiny or giant. Size 8 then skips up to 13, all middle sizes gone already. Too bad, I like that version

They just canceled my order for "Billing issues" after using Amazon pay. I usually like the peace of mind Amazon offers but this might be the last time I try to order from them. Anyone else have similar issues?

Are they roomy over the top of the foot too? I've never tried them because I have such a high instep, most slip-ons don't work for me.
